Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital products. All sales of digital items are final.
To initiate a return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, which can be emailed to us at [email protected].
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
A full refund will only be processed once we have received the returned item, provided it is unused. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. You will need to print the label and attach it to the return package. Once your package is ready, please take it to your local post office. To ensure your return is processed correctly, the post office must scan the shipping label when you drop off the package.
Please keep a record of the confirmation from the post office, as it serves as proof that the package has been sent. Only after we receive confirmation that the label has been scanned will we proceed with processing your return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account or payment provider as there may be a processing delay before the refund appears.
